Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in coaching services provided by Land Over Labels LLC, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the Client and Land Over Labels.

2. No Refund Policy
All coaching fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed sessions, dissatisfaction with results, or early termination of services by the Client.

3. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, exercises, coaching methods, and strategies, provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Land Over Labels. Clients are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing any materials with third parties without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these materials will result in legal action.

4. Recording and Photography Consent
By participating in coaching sessions, the Client acknowledges and agrees that sessions may be recorded, and photographs may be taken for training, promotional, or marketing purposes. The Client grants Land Over Labels, LLC full rights to use these recordings and images without compensation. If the Client wishes to opt out of being recorded or photographed, they must submit a written request before the session.

5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared within coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where the Client has given explicit consent to share their experiences for testimonials.

6. Client Responsibility
The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and agrees to actively participate in sessions. The Client is responsible for their own progress and results.

7. Limitation of Liability
Land Over Labels LLC is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the Client based on coaching sessions. Coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by Land Over Labels. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By proceeding with the coaching services, the Client confirms their understanding and agreement to these terms.
